Transparent Pricing and Policies for Mobile RV Repair
At Round Up Mobile RV, we believe in clear, honest pricing. As a veteran-owned company, our commitment to integrity extends to our service fees. Review our rates, service area policy, and warranty details below before you request service. No surprises, guaranteed.
All mobile service calls require a service fee and 1 hour minimum of $175/hr. This will include travel time, fuel, initial diagnostics and minor repairs. If time exceeds the first hour, Labor rate is charged per quarter hour after that. This fee is charged per visit, regardless of whether a repair is performed.
Our Standard Mobile Service Rates
We have a one-hour minimum for all work performed outside of the initial service call and diagnosis. Parts and materials are always separate and will be clearly itemized on your invoice.
The initial charge for service is $250 and breaks down as follows:
- Mobile Service Fee: $75 (Covers the first 30-miles of travel from Yerington, NV, $2.50 per mile after that).
- Note: *The service fee is typically charged once per job. Additional service fees may apply if more visits are needed due to parts ordering, restricted site access, or new repair requests made after the first visit.
- Standard Labor Rate: $175 per hour. (Billed in quarter-hour increments after the first hour). There is a 1 hour minimum for all jobs.
- Diagnostics (If No Repair): Charged at the standard hourly labor rate ($175/hr). The $75 service fee is always applied bringing the total to $250.
Payment, Warranty, and Policies
Round Up Mobile RV stands behind the quality of our repairs. We offer a 90-day guarantee on our workmanship, covering labor for any issue directly related to the service we performed. This workmanship guarantee does not cover parts failure, customer damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
Payment Methods Accepted
- We Accept: Cash, Check, and Major Credit Cards.
- Credit Card Fee: A 5% processing fee is added to all payments made by credit card.
- Payment Due: Payment is due in full upon completion of service.
Warranty, Insurance, and After-Hours Rates
We accommodate warranty and insurance work, which requires detailed documentation and higher administrative costs. We also offer rush service for customers needing immediate assistance outside of standard operating hours.
- Warranty/Insurance Labor Rate: $185 per hour. (Billed for jobs submitted for manufacturer warranty or insurance claims).
- After-Hours/Rush Service Fee: $112.50. (Required for any service outside Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or a request to jump the current schedule).
- After-Hours/Rush Labor Rate: $225 per hour. (Applies after 5 PM, on Sundays, or for rush jobs within 24–48 hours).
- Extended Travel Rate: $1.50 per mile. (Applied to travel distance exceeding the 30-mile radius included in the service fee).
Military & First Responder Discount 5% off
As a veteran-owned business, we are proud to support those who serve our country and our local communities. We offer a 5% discount on labor for all Active Duty Military, Veterans, and First Responders. This discount is applied to the labor portion of your invoice, up to a maximum of $50 per job. Please mention your service when requesting your appointment so we can apply this discount to your final bill.
Our standard labor rate is $175 per hour, billed in quarter-hour increments. Whether we are troubleshooting an electrical issue or repairing an AC unit, you only pay for the expert time spent working on your RV. By coming to you, we save you the time and stress of transporting your rig to a distant shop and waiting weeks for a repair.
Please Note: This discount only applies to labor. It does not apply the the standard service fee of $75 or parts.
Customer Responsibility
For the safety of our technician, the RV site must be level and safe to access. The RV owner is responsible for ensuring the site is accessible and that all utilities are available and functioning if needed for testing.
Customer Responsibility - Utilities required are shore power, water, and dump hookups.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in the service fee being charged without work being performed.
