  • What is your primary service area?

    Our core service area is within a 30-mile radius of Yerington, NV, which includes Lyon County, Douglas County, Mineral County and surrounding areas.. We do service extended areas by request, but travel beyond 30 miles is subject to an additional travel fee of $2.50 per mile after the first 30 miles.

  • What is the cost for a service call?

    Mobile service pricing starts at $250 and breaks down as follows.


    Initial Service Fee:

    Our Mobile Service Fee is $75. This covers travel for the first 30-miles. Each additional mile after the initial 30 is charged at an additional $2.50 per mile.


    Labor Fee:

    The standard labor rate is $175 per hour and is billed in quarter hour increments after the first hour. 1 hour minimum charge for all jobs. Please see our full Pricing page for details on warranty and after-hours rates.

  • Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

    Yes. We provide a 90-day workmanship Gaurantee on all labor performed by Round Up Mobile RV. This ensures that if the specific repair we completed fails due to our work, we will correct it. This gaurantee does not cover parts or unrelated issues.

  • Do you handle insurance or manufacturer warranty work?

    Yes, we do. Please indicate in the service request form if the work is for an insurance claim or manufacturer warranty. Note that our labor rate for this specialized documentation is $185 per hour.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Cash, Check, and Major Credit Cards. Please note that a 5% processing fee is added to all payments made by credit card. Payment is due in full upon completion of service.
